THE ROOTS EVOLUTION IS A FUSION BAND FROM FLORIDA BOTH MUSICIANS COME FROM A CARIBBEAN BACKGROUND AND WERE INFLUENCED BY A MUSICAL FAMILY. WITH JAHNATHAN ON VOCALS AND ALEXANDRIA ON GUITAR AND BASS, THEIR MUSIC IS STRONGLY INFLUENCED BY THE RED HOT CHILLI PEPPERS, SLY AND THE FAMILY STONE, BOB MARLEY AND JIMI HENDRIX.
